How to Stay Productive?
The 21-Day Productivity Plan: How to Stay Productive All Day?
1. Disappear:
If you want to stay productive, you need to disappear for 21 days, no more than that.
In these 21 days, you need to develop a close relationship with the device you’re working with (PC, mobile..). Imagine that the device you’re working with is your only friend.
If your phone is distracting you, turn on the Airplane mode, and don’t message or answer anyone. If someone asks you to go out, Say no.
Some of your friends can ask you why you’re not answering your phone or why you’re doing this. Tell them any reason to let you focus in peace these 21 days.
I know it’s hard, and it doesn’t need to be perfect in the beginning. But this is the first and most important step on how to stay productive.
In the beginning, I suggest you disappear for 1 week or a few days (minimum 3 days). Just not to get burned out. After you master 1 week you can move to 2, and so on.
2. How to Stay Productive : 3 Tips
For a successful relationship with the device you’re working with, There are some norms.
These norms will teach you how to stay productive whenever you’re starting your plan. So that you can produce better results.
a. Focus:
What the current generation is missing? Focus!
Means sitting and focusing on one task without distractions. If you just did this, you will be better than 60-70% of people. This is not that hard. I have uploaded a detailed article on How to Focus On Work.
In this article, I will give you in brief what are the steps to focus on work:
1. Listen to Gamma Waves while performing a task.
2. Never multitask
3. How to get rid of distracting thoughts
4. Boredom Pill.
b. Sport:
There is an article I uploaded recently related to “Sport and How It Makes You Think Faster“. It emphasizes how sport is related to your brain. I will not go into details in this article…
But what is important for you to know, is that 20-30 minutes per day of exercising is really important. First, it will help you to stay productive all day, and second for your mental health.
So 20-30 mins, go for a walk or a run, do some push-ups or yoga or whatever keeps your body moving. Your body needs to move instead of working on a desk all day long.
c. Sleep:
If you want to know how to stay productive at home, at work, or wherever. You must know that sleeping is the biggest part of this pyramid. see the pyramid below :

I don’t want you to overwhelm yourself. Focus just on “Sleep” and “Exercise”. When it comes to health. Sleep is more important than exercise and nutrition.
Sleep is the base and is taking the biggest part of the pyramid.
So if you want to know how to stay productive. Focus on your health.
Moreover Good quality of sleep = Higher levels of focus, productivity, and better results.

Remember that sleeping is one of the biggest problems of the current generation. So if you improve your sleep quality, you will stand out from a huge number of people.
3. The End of This Productivity Plan
Congratulations! You made it.
Remember that you’re not a robot. After 21 days or after you finish the productivity plan, you can go out with your friends, play and relax. Personally I suggest not relaxing more than 1 week.
Even though you will become addicted to this plan, trust me. Because during this plan, you will see some amazing and magnificent results. You won’t want to return to your normal life (your unproductive or distracted life).
But it’s important for you to relax.
Take care!
